The Garden Farm Thrive mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Garden Farm Thrive (“Garden Farm Thrive”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Garden Farm Thrive’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Garden Farm Thrive through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Garden Farm Thrive. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18449764509 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Garden Farm Thrive mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Thrive. is also part of several affiliate advertising programs, meaning that some blog posts contain affiliate links. Where we offer you a free trial of Garden. Farm. Thrive. Academy, such free trial will start immediately after your registration and continue for the free trial offer period as indicated on the Website at the time you register. Free trial subscriptions are only available to new subscribers of Garden. Farm. Thrive. Academy and for the limited periods as set out on the Website. Previous subscribers or those subscribers who have already benefited from a free trial subscription to Garden. Farm. Thrive. Academy do not qualify for a further free trial period.
If you do not want to continue your subscription after your free trial comes to an end, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your free trial period ends by canceling through the customer center here (https://www.gardenfarmthrive.com/customers) or by submitting a cancellation request to us via our support email address support@gardenfarmthrive.com. If you do not contact us at least 24 hours before your free trial period ends to cancel, your subscription will automatically continue and the payment card that you provided at the time of enrollment online will be charged the full Garden. Farm. Thrive. Academy monthly membership subscription rate (or such other Garden. Farm. Thrive. product purchased) provided at the time of enrollment each month until you cancel. Garden. Farm. Thrive. Academy can change the monthly membership subscription rate at any time. If the membership subscription rate changes after you subscribe, we will notify you by email and give you an opportunity to cancel. If the purchased Garden. Farm. Thrive. product or subscription is an annual subscription, then this section shall substitute any monthly charges for annual charges.
For monthly subscriptions (including subscriptions for services), we require at least ten (10) days’ notice of cancellation by email (unless you are in your free trial period). If you provide such notice less than ten (10) days before the first day of your next subscription month, your credit card may still be charged. You will not be entitled to prorate your last month’s use, nor will you be entitled to any refund for any payments to Garden. Farm. Thrive. For annual subscriptions, we also require at least thirty (30) days’ notice of cancellation by email. If you provide such notification less than thirty (30) days before the first day of your next subscription year, your credit card may still be charged for the full annual renewal amount. If you cancel before the end of your year, you will not be entitled to a refund but we will provide you with a credit towards other Garden. Farm. Thrive. subscription services. Garden. Farm. Thrive. in its sole discretion may charge a cancellation fee equal to the amount the subscription was discounted.
A Garden. Farm. Thrive. user is responsible for paying all sums due to Garden. Farm. Thrive. and/or DeVore Media LLC in connection with their monthly or annual subscription in accordance with these Terms. The first fee payable in accordance with these Terms is due when the user account is set up and payment of the monthly or annual fee is a condition of access, or after your free trial ends and you have not canceled the automatic subscription with us. Every calendar month, or on the annual renewal date of your subscription, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s, or year’s, subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s, or year’s, subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the Garden. Farm. Thrive. user to use any of the services available through the service provided by Garden. Farm. Thrive. does not relieve the Garden. Farm. Thrive. user of their payment obligations under these Terms.
Potential users can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount). If for whatever reason, we are unable to process your monthly or annual subscription payment, we may, in our sole discretion, charge you a lesser amount to “pause” your account and retain your information as we attempt to contact you for updated payment information.
IF YOU ARE A GARDEN. FARM. THRIVE. USER WITH A MONTHLY OR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION AND YOU HAVE PROVIDED US WITH A VALID CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD NUMBER OR AN ALTERNATE PAYMENT METHOD, EACH PAYMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED AT THE TIME OF YOUR DESIGNATED PAYMENT DATE (MONTHLY OR ANNUALLY) AND WILL BE BILLED TO THE PAYMENT METHOD YOU PROVIDED TO US AT THE TIME OF YOUR ENROLLMENT. AS NOTED ABOVE, IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS, WE MAY CHARGE YOU A LESSER AMOUNT TO PAUSE YOUR ACCOUNT. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO GARDEN. FARM. THRIVE., YOU MAY DO SO THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT DASHBOARD OR BY EMAILING SUPPORT@GARDENFARMTHRIVE.COM AT LEAST TEN (10) DAYS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF YOUR NEXT SUBSCRIPTION MONTH, OR AT LEAST THIRTY (30) DAYS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF YOUR NEXT SUBSCRIPTION YEAR (IF ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION).
Garden. Farm. Thrive. reserves the right to immediately terminate a user’s account and/or service for any unpaid (in whole or part) period of the subscription (with or without notice). Termination of service in no way relieves or excuses the user from any obligation to pay outstanding charges or expenses. In the event Garden. Farm. Thrive. starts collection processes of any type, you will be liable for all collection costs, including legal fees and expenses.
In addition to any Fees, Garden. Farm. Thrive. may also charge applicable value added or other tax.
